Benalla Homemakers Centre
We were engaged in Jan 2022 to revamp an old Coles supermarket into a retail shopping centre.
This project was a D&C which involved new 400amp consumer mains group metering MSB & wiring to the individual shops including public light & power , car park lighting.
Great to see this project almost completed.
NJ TODD Funeral Home and Reception Centre
Baines electrical were engaged to complete a D&C on the new funeral facility in Benalla.
The project has been a success and in the final stages of completion due to be open around December 2022
Special School Wangaratta
We were awarded the Electrical & Communications package by Moretto Building in June 2021.
The new $5.3M building is expected to be open late December 2022, which includes special purpose classrooms, meeting rooms & new outdoor basketball area with court lighting.
Pre works to redirect existing school infrastructure were done prior to the main building works with pit & pipe installation for existing power & comms conduits.
Appin Park Primary School
We completed the works on behalf of Midson Construction following a
successful project at a recently completed SES building.
This project involved extensive underground civil works including
directional boring & pit & pipe installation. Allowing for further
expansion as the school expands. Scope of works included new main
switchboard upgrade, radix power cabling to fire the pumps and new staff
administration area light power & data works.
Moonee Valley Apartments
Another project completed. Started back in February 2020 and completed June
2021. With the challenges of COVID reducing Melbourne’s construction sites
to 25% capacity the project is now delivered. 13 x apartments 1 x retail
shop and underground basement. This 3 level apartment block enjoys city
views and looks over Moonee Valley Racecourse.
Wangaratta SES Facility
Recently completed in December 2020. New SES facility in Wangaratta. This
one is the 1st of 20 new SES buildings to be constructed across Victoria. The
site is equipped with a lighting control system, data, MATV, generator
backup system to allow the emergency facility to fully function at all
times. Great to work together with Midson Construction & Omni Systems to
deliver this project.
KIA & FORD dealership Wangaratta
We recently completed a new KIA & FORD dealership in Wangaratta. Using a
Design & Construct method we were able to future proof the installation to
be inline with the ever changing motor vehicle industry. Congratulations to
the team at KIA & FORD
Wangaratta Performing Arts Lighting upgrade
441 lights were upgraded/Installed at the Performing Arts Centre in
Wangaratta. Built in 2009, before the wide use of LED fittings were
introduced. The building will now become energy efficient, reducing the
running costs into the future.
Wangaratta’s newest Medical Centre completed
Great use of the old petroleum site in Green Street located 200m from the Public Hospital.
This was a D&C project working closely with the client to achieve the best outcome.
CFA Edithvale New build and expansion
We have completed our latest project on behalf of the SJ HIGGINS Group. Edithvale CFA a purpose-built facility consisting of a 4 bay motor room, large turn out areas & modern training rooms and workshops.
It’s modern three-level architectural design integrates perfectly within the increasingly modern landscape along Nepean Highway.
EPA OFFICE WANGARATTA
Our Final project completed for 2017.
We were awarded a contract by ( PBC) Premier Building & Construction, this included completing all the Electrical Data & Security as required by the client. The job was completed on time and safely.
Deptartment of Justice
The all new Department of Justice building in Wodonga has finally been completed a few weeks ago. The job was done with great success and another happy customer to add to our list.
Cathedral College Wangaratta
Cathedral College Wangaratta is our latest completed project, comprising of a new Administration building & Arts studio.
Including a Clipsal C-BUS lighting control system fully intergraded into the existing facility and ready for the 2018 school year.
